Website Terms of Use
Terms for using Quelvaro.com.
These terms govern access to the Quelvaro corporate website. Separate agreements and product-specific terms apply to Quelboo and other Quelvaro applications or services.
1. Agreement and scope
These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and QUELVARO, LLC (“Quelvaro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of quelvaro.com and its public pages, content, and features (the “Site”).
By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Site only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law. The Site is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you are using the Site on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Informational purpose
The Site provides general information about QUELVARO, LLC, its business, and current or planned products. Content may include product concepts, roadmaps, examples, illustrations, anticipated functionality, or statements about future plans. Such information is provided for general informational purposes only and may change without notice.
Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, investment, employment, or other professional advice. Nothing on the Site is an offer, guarantee, warranty, or commitment that a product, feature, partnership, release date, price, or business opportunity will become available.
4. Quelvaro products and services
The Site is a corporate website. It does not itself create Quelboo accounts, process bookings, operate customer or business dashboards, sell subscriptions, or process payment-card transactions.
Quelboo and any future Quelvaro product may be governed by separate product terms, privacy notices, payment terms, acceptable-use rules, and other agreements. If these Terms conflict with product-specific terms concerning use of that product, the product-specific terms control for that product.
5. Limited permission to use the Site
Subject to these Terms, Quelvaro grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable permission to access and use the Site for lawful personal or internal business-information purposes.
This permission does not authorize you to reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit substantial portions of the Site without our prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits the use.
6. Intellectual property and trademarks
The Site and its original text, graphics, interface elements, designs, code, logos, product presentations, and other content are owned by or licensed to QUELVARO, LLC and are protected by intellectual-property and other laws.
“Quelvaro,” “Quelboo,” associated logos, product names, service names, and trade dress are trademarks, service marks, or other source identifiers of QUELVARO, LLC or their respective owners. No license to use a trademark or source identifier is granted by these Terms. You may not use them in a way that is likely to cause confusion, imply sponsorship or endorsement, or misrepresent an affiliation with Quelvaro.
Ordinary links to the Site are permitted if they are lawful, accurate, and do not frame the Site or imply an endorsement that does not exist. We may request removal of a link that is misleading, unlawful, or harmful.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in violation of law, regulation, court order, or another person’s rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its hosting environment, accounts, systems, or data.
- Introduce malware, malicious code, destructive content, or other harmful technology.
- Probe, scan, test, bypass, disable, or interfere with security, authentication, rate limits, access controls, or availability.
- Use automated means to scrape, copy, index, or extract substantial Site content in a manner that burdens the Site, circumvents controls, or violates applicable law.
- Impersonate Quelvaro, a Quelvaro employee or representative, or another person or organization.
- Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices.
- Use the Site to transmit unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, abusive, or fraudulent content.
8. Communications and feedback
If you contact us, you are responsible for ensuring that your communication is lawful and that you have the right to provide its contents. Do not send confidential business plans, trade secrets, source code, regulated data, or other sensitive information unless we have agreed in writing to receive it through an appropriate channel.
Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, unsolicited suggestions, ideas, concepts, or feedback are not confidential. You grant Quelvaro a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and otherwise use that feedback for any lawful purpose without compensation or attribution to you. This paragraph does not transfer ownership of your pre-existing intellectual property or confidential materials submitted under a separate written agreement.
9. Third-party links and services
The Site may contain links to Quelboo, hosting providers, social platforms, app stores, or other third-party services. Links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily imply endorsement. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, security, availability, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its own terms.
10. Privacy
Our Website Privacy Notice explains how we handle information through the Site and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Site availability and changes
We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We do not guarantee that the Site or any content will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device or browser.
We may limit or block access when reasonably necessary to protect the Site, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or address security and operational risks.
12. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” Quelvaro disclaims all warranties and conditions, express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and availability.
We do not warrant that Site content is complete, current, or free from errors; that the Site will operate without interruption; or that defects will be corrected immediately. Your use of the Site and reliance on its content are at your own risk.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QUELVARO, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, opportunities, goodwill, or data; business interruption; or the cost of substitute services arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quelvaro’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QUELVARO, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
15. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent federal law applies. Subject to any non-waivable rights you may have, disputes arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms must be brought in the state courts located in Baltimore County, Maryland, or the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, as applicable. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
16. General terms
If a provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or by operation of law.
These Terms and the Website Privacy Notice constitute the entire agreement between you and Quelvaro regarding the Site and supersede prior or contemporaneous communications concerning the Site.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Site, our business, or applicable law. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
