Website Privacy Notice
Your privacy on Quelvaro.com.
This notice explains what information QUELVARO, LLC receives through its public corporate website, why we use it, when it may be disclosed, and the choices available to you.
1. Scope and who we are
QUELVARO, LLC (“Quelvaro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an independent application development company organized in Maryland, United States. This Website Privacy Notice applies to the public corporate website located at quelvaro.com, including its pages and communications initiated through the site (the “Site”).
This notice does not govern Quelboo or another Quelvaro product, application, authenticated service, payment flow, or third-party website. Those services may provide separate privacy notices that control their own data practices.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
We may receive information that you voluntarily send to us, including:
- Your name, email address, telephone number, company, role, or other contact details.
- The content of an inquiry, partnership request, verification request, support message, or other communication.
- Information you choose to include in an attachment or follow-up correspondence.
- Business information shared in connection with a prospective vendor, pilot, product, or commercial relationship.
Technical and usage information
Our hosting, network, and security providers may automatically process technical information needed to deliver and protect the Site, such as:
- Internet Protocol (IP) address and approximate network location.
- Browser, device, operating-system, and language information.
- Pages requested, referring page, timestamps, response status, and diagnostic logs.
- Security, fraud-prevention, availability, and abuse-detection events.
3. How we collect information
We collect information:
- Directly from you when you email, write to, or otherwise communicate with Quelvaro.
- Automatically through hosting, network, and security logs generated when you visit the Site.
- From professional advisers, business partners, or publicly available business sources when reasonably necessary to evaluate or manage a legitimate business relationship.
The Site’s contact form opens your email application and prepares a message. The message is sent through your email provider to ours; the Site itself does not store the form submission in a website database.
4. How we use information
We may use personal information to:
- Respond to inquiries and provide requested information.
- Evaluate prospective product, pilot, partnership, vendor, or commercial opportunities.
- Operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unlawful activity.
- Maintain business, accounting, compliance, and audit records.
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal rights and comply with applicable law or valid legal process.
We do not use Site visitor information to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Where a jurisdiction requires a legal basis, our bases may include your consent, taking steps at your request, performing or preparing a contract, complying with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in communicating with stakeholders and operating a secure corporate website.
5. How we disclose information
We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary to:
- Service providers: hosting, email, cybersecurity, information-technology, storage, and operational providers that process information on our behalf.
- Professional advisers: attorneys, accountants, auditors, insurers, and other advisers subject to professional or contractual obligations.
- Legal and safety purposes: governmental authorities, courts, law-enforcement agencies, or other parties when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or property.
- Business transactions: a prospective or completed merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.
- At your direction: another party when you ask us to share information or clearly consent to the disclosure.
We do not sell personal information. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or use the Site to serve targeted advertisements.
6. Cookies, analytics, and tracking
Quelvaro does not currently deploy advertising cookies, behavioral advertising pixels, or third-party audience-tracking tools on this Site. The Site may rely on essential browser, server, network, or security technologies required to deliver pages, remember basic technical state, prevent abuse, or maintain availability.
Because we do not currently sell or share Site visitor information for targeted advertising, browser “Do Not Track” signals and Global Privacy Control signals do not change the Site’s behavior. If we later add analytics, cookies, or advertising technologies, we will update this notice and provide any controls required by applicable law.
7. Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice. Retention periods depend on the nature of the information, the status of the business relationship, security and operational needs, applicable legal requirements, and the need to resolve disputes or enforce agreements.
We may retain a limited record of a request, deletion, objection, or other privacy action when needed to demonstrate compliance and prevent repeated or fraudulent requests.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These safeguards may include encrypted transport, access controls, security monitoring, provider controls, and data-minimization practices.
No website, email system, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please use caution when deciding what information to send by ordinary email.
9. Privacy rights and choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information about you. You may also have rights to restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, opt out of certain disclosures, or appeal a decision regarding a privacy request.
To submit a request, email privacy@quelvaro.com and describe the request. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, subject to appropriate verification.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. Some information may be retained or exempt from a request when permitted or required by law, including information needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
10. Children
The Site is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through account registration on this Site. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through the Site, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
11. International visitors
Quelvaro is based in the United States. If you access the Site from another country, information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. Those jurisdictions may have data-protection laws that differ from the laws where you live.
12. Third-party links
The Site may link to Quelboo, social platforms, service providers, or other third-party websites. We do not control those sites, and this notice does not govern their privacy practices. Review the privacy notice of any third-party service before providing information to it.
13. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice to reflect changes in the Site, our business, technology, or legal requirements. We will post the revised notice on this page and update the “Last updated” date. When a change is material and applicable law requires additional notice, we will provide it through an appropriate channel.
